A note
from eliza
"I want my work to feel familiar yet unexpected—something you live with, return to, and discover again over time."
Drawing from travel and nature,

A glance through Eliza Price’s inspiration boards feels like a trip abroad—bold patterns, striking color palettes, and moments drawn from both nature and lived experience. Influenced by the coast where she grew up and the markets and galleries she’s encountered along the way, her work reflects a careful eye for detail and discovery. The elements she collects and files away resurface unexpectedly in each new body of work—inviting you to linger, and then look again.

The Quail
Eliza Price is a contemporary watercolor artist whose work explores color, pattern, and form through an evolving body of work. While her career began with vibrant interpretations of traditional game birds—most notably the bobwhite quail—her practice has since expanded beyond a single subject or medium. Drawing from travel, nature, and a reexamination of tradition, Price creates paintings that balance familiarity with playful abstraction. Her work has been featured in Belle Magazine and exhibited through galleries including Caroline Nix Gallery, and is held in private collections.

the bloom
Seed, bud, bloom, and prune—the life cycle of botanicals has grounded me, taught me, and inspired me for as long as I can remember. My recent Fresh Cuts series captures this rhythm through collaged flowers and oil pastel.
